Sadly this is a restaurant that does not respond to customer issues. two friends and I dined here on a Friday night very recently, I reported a problem to a waitress no response. We reported the same problem, plus another issue to the front desk as we paid and left no satisfactory response.Deliberately did not make a fuss there, as we knew we were not speaking to a person with authority. Instead I and one other guest wrote detailed emails, a week apart neither of us have had a response. Food was OK, presentation was good (except for an unexpected 'find ' in one meal), but would have to say care factor seems poor.
Decor and service fantastic, more light on the table would be greatLong course, best dish was the scampi and little pasta thing.Portions are extremely small, dont except to leave with a full stomach.The complimemtary bread rolls was good and the only dish that was hot, serve it with proper butter instead of the hommus.All the meat dishes where under whelming and cold...The oysters was really good.The little treats platter at the end, well no.Nice place to visit once but that is enough.If you struggle with stairs maybe rethink your visit, the restrooms is up 2 flights of stairs.
my friend and I had the 9-course tasting dinner and it was a wonderful and filling experience! the highlight of our night was our server, sa (unsafe about the spelling! that was attentive (my water cup was never half filled, responsive and delivered attentive and ingenious answers to our asking about the menu. we will definitely visit again! park: depending on when they go, parking places are plentiful for dinner!
eating was mostly excellent, although I wasn't a fan of dessert. I didn't like the facility at all. too dark and a little intentional. it was too quiet. good eating should not mean a calm, snoby ambiente. it almost felt wrong to talk about a whisper. not my idea of a pleasant culinary experience. food: 4/5 service: 4/5 atmosphere: 2/5 .more

our second visit, for 3 years, when we last visited brisbane. this time we could take our family there and were not disappointed. absolutely delicious food and wine paired with the meal. my only regret is that we have not taken the weeping to know!
This place was a spur of the moment decision and it did not disappoint. Clara's service was spectacular. The food was to die for. The cocktail selection and quality delicious.The taste of the ravioli lingered in a way that had me craving more.
