Deia - Reserva de mesa

Well, for a start, it was open on a Monday, so we had no choice! With some trepidation we trotted in; perfect table with a fabulous view (on the small balcony, since it counts as ‘outdoor’ I had a cocktail as a prize for bravery....Can’t remember what it was, but it hit the spot. I started with a salad; to my surprise it was perfect, crisp and fresh with a blue cheese dressing. I then had lamb. Again perfect even though I prefer mine near-raw. Accompanying veggies terrific; not overcooked...still crisp but slightly charred, as they should be but rarely are. The Blonde chose seared tuna, again copybook perfect. A lovely genuine restaurant, fresh food perfectly cooked (compliments to the chef) with service that was efficient but warm. Good value too! We chose to eat here as the view from the terrace was gorgeous (but also as they had a TV in the bar...and my husband was desperate to see the England Ukraine game, which they accommodated gracefully and gave us a great table indoors to see the match). We had lovely drinks on the terrace to start (great g&t) and then moved indoors for dinner (and match). We both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner (salad and pasta starters, gorgeous duck and perfect salmon for mains), also the Cava and the ambience, plus a good third cheaper than other “tourist” targeted plac...

beautiful place with a terrace and view. very nice staff, but honestly, it was terrible to eat. a drastic improvement is required. the paella was pretty ok, but we tried the huh and the sauce was made like a cheap one you bought from the next super market. awful this place can really great and again, the staff was very friendly, beautiful and efficient. but please do something about eating. better a reduced choice, but with higher quality of cooking.

No sé dónde comieron aquellos a quienes solo les dieron una o dos estrellas, ¡seguro que no fue este restaurante! Hoy fuimos y a pesar del mal tiempo y la poca gente, el trato fue muy agradable y la camarera estaba de buen humor. Probamos la crema de tomate, el salmón y el rodaballo y todo estaba delicioso. Es un lugar pequeño, por lo que es recomendable reservar mesa los fines de semana. ¡Volvamos! ¡Ignoren las malas críticas, son mentiras! Reserva una mesa ahora

this restaurant has a beautiful terrace with magnificent views. the atmosphere is beautiful and promising. eating is nothing special. since the cliental tourist are, the menu is adapted to their needs spaghetti bolognese was the best seller. we had heavy fish and, uh, chickens with mandling. we were not thrilled about the taste. Anyway, the price was ok and the waiter was nice.

A lovely restaurant in Deia with panoramic views of the village. Food was simply cooked to a high standard. Duck perfect and sole done to perfection. Dessert of lemon sorbet with vodka well what can I say. Staff friendly but unobtrusive what a pleasure to...eat here. We will return on our visit next year.

El restaurante es encantador, fuimos a comer 5 personas y la comida estaba deliciosa, ¡la sangría es de tres colores! Y está muy sabrosa. Las chuletas, paella y pollo al curry están muy buenos. El camarero es muy atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Lo recomiendo mucho.

beautiful view of the terrace, friendly waiter, but eating is average (we had tagliatelle and curry huhn with rice,) music is popular music, not too much local feeling.

muy recomendable para comer. tiene una terracita con vistas a la montaña, un muy buen servicio y todo lo que pedimos fue muy bueno.
