We came here for a late lunch after having visited the Hippy Market, and quite in contrast with the spirit of the sixties and seventies, very few restaurants offer vegetarian dishes. Therefore it was a relief to us to find Del Sor, with its mini-tropical atmosphere and very kind service. Vincenzo, the waiter, immediately understood our diet and came with a lot of vegetarian suggestions, which not always were clear from the hand-written menu. So don’t let yourself be discouraged by the menu (or, Del Sor, emphasise your healthy and vegetarian dishes better). Food was lovely, the juices and smoothies excellent. Such a nice place if you want to escape the meat-dominant restaurants elsewhere.
Came here today, as it said “healthy “and my wife is vegan. Ordered falafel, which came with a garlic dip, they were literally made of ground up chickpeas, nothing else! Very bland. We also ordered hummus, which came with bread, the hummus again was very bland, and tasted more like watery mashed potato! The hummus from Spar tastes better. The French fries were quite nice but lots of salt added weather you wanted it or not (not very healthy! the waiter was over bearing made my wife very uncomfortable she wanted to get away ASAP he had attitude very poor all round not cheap.
No os dejéis llevar por las apariencias. Ni glamour, ni local molón, ni chic, ni tan siquiera atractivo como local. Pero, lo más importante, la cocina y el servicio, de 10. Vincezo es un tipo amable y atento. Y la cocina es simplemente extraordinaria. Si te gusta la comida healthy (menudos zumos) o la cocina italiana, este es tu sitio. Comimos una pasta casera al huevo de porcini y tartufo digna de cualquier restaurante 5 estrellas. También una especie de musaka parmesana muy rica. Y todo, muy saludable. Para repetir.
probably one of the most underrated places in es canar, the prices are the cheepest around with half a roast chicken and homemade chips for only 5 euros. to home made itialn pasta or fresh juices. They have books from all over the world you can borrow and read. games of all types to play while you have a drink. plants growing everywhere. my new spot for the summer.

Great selection of fresh food for anytime of the day , even had impromptu music session. Mama Luigia makes the most amazing pasta dishes and Vincenzo and Carmela help to make this a super place to eat and drink . Fantastic value too , highly recommend recommend
Regresé este año esperando encontrar una victoria para la bondad y cortesía de todos los tiempos, pero con pesar encontré la habitación cerrada. Espero que alguien pueda decirme qué pasó.
No pude ponerme en contacto con hssta la última semana de la salida para resolver un problema, y cuando lo conseguí no lo solucionaron o tener un seguro muy decepcionante.
Excellent food and really good service. Italian waiter chef. Best Carbonara in Ibiza!! Highly recommended. We'll come again
