Del Taco - Reserva de mesa

I used the drive thru to order burritos for 4 kids, all 4 burritos had a charred burnt taste. I called the restaurant as a courtesy, I reiterated I did not want anything for free I just wanted to bring it to their attention. The manager responded that the beans always get burned when they have new employees and unfortunately she'll have to use this batch before putting new beans out. They knowingly served inedible food to children and continued after being told.

Del Taco Laverne, Never again I used My Debit Card, no receipt. My order was incorrect. I used the drive Thru. Red Flag when they don't or can't give you a receipt. Of course this was told after she charged my card. Next time I will check my order before I leave the drive thru.

I went to this restaurant with my family and ordered the 2 for 6 burrito deal. The ones I tried had a strange taste, it was like tobacco or something, but I couldn't figure out what it was. It was unsettling when the burritos smelled and tasted like that.

Really rude girl working the drive through. The tamales weren't very good here this time. I asked for the sauces on the side and I got one small cup. She expresses her displeasure of the smoke coming from my truck by coughing. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food at this restaurant is delicious. However, I was disappointed by the macho burrito I ordered during this visit. The flour tortilla was hard and tasted stale, like it was old.

The drive-thru was extremely slow, with over a 30-minute wait in line. The service was very poor and the food was served cold.
