THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY MESSED UP AN EASY UBER ORDER IN 1 WEEK!! I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!! THEY GAVE ME A FLAT DR PEPPER INSTEAD OF A MILK SHAKE THIS TIME BECAUSE THEY’RE TOO LAZY TO MAKE IT (THEY SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER IF THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCT INSTEAD OF GIVING ME SOMETHING ELSE AS A SUBSTITUTE THATS $5 CHEAPER THAN WHAT I PAID FOR) AND WHAT PISSES ME OFF THE MOST… THEY GAVE ME 2 CHEESECAKE BITES INSTEAD OF 4 FOR THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW BECAUSE THEY’RE TOO STUPID TO COUNT AND CANT PAY ATTENTION TO SIMPLE DIRECTION (THEY OFFER THEM AS 2 PIECE, IF I PAY FOR 2 ORDERS I SHOULD BE GETTING 4 PIECES)!!! AND APPARENTLY IM STUPID FOR GOING BACK FOR A 3RD TIME!!! NEVER...
Every time I visit this restaurant between 9pm and 11pm to order a shake, I am told that the machine is off or they have stopped selling shakes for the night. I was not aware of any time limit, as they are open until 12am. On my most recent visit on 1/1/24, I arrived around 10:55 and the girl working the drive-thru was very rude about it. She essentially told me tough luck, as she had already begun cleaning. I was taken aback by her attitude, but I remained composed. It was the black girl, and it seemed like she was ready to escalate the situation. I wanted to bring this incident to your attention.
I used the drive thru to order burritos for 4 kids, all 4 burritos had a charred burnt taste. I called the restaurant as a courtesy, I reiterated I did not want anything for free I just wanted to bring it to their attention. The manager responded that the beans always get burned when they have new employees and unfortunately she'll have to use this batch before putting new beans out. They knowingly served inedible food to children and continued after being told.
I only stopped by for takeout, but I really enjoyed it. The only downside was the fries that came with the tacos. I just can't get used to that combination. The prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. (By the way, the fish tacos were excellent)

Del Taco Laverne, Never again I used My Debit Card, no receipt. My order was incorrect. I used the drive Thru. Red Flag when they don't or can't give you a receipt. Of course this was told after she charged my card. Next time I will check my order before I leave the drive thru.
Really rude girl working the drive through. The tamales weren't very good here this time. I asked for the sauces on the side and I got one small cup. She expresses her displeasure of the smoke coming from my truck by coughing.
I’m on the drive throw around 20 minutes waiting Del Taco guy to serve the first customer. I don’t know why this restaurant really slow and employees there just one employee or two.
Out of Birria Ramen at 10:55 in the morning? Does corporate know about this? Sounds more like you are not properly prepared for the day.
