Del Taco - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a Beyond Taco at this restaurant. The girl working that night even confirmed the order, asking what I wanted on my Beyond Taco. However, when we went to pay, she gave me bean burritos instead - which was not suitable for a vegetarian like me. When they were overwhelmed at the window, they switched with another employee without notifying us. The girl also mixed up my partner's order; he ordered a chicken soft taco meal but received street tacos instead. The staff should be better trained. Perhaps they were moving slower because when we were there, the service was quite slow.

I was disappointed to find that part of my order was missing from the bag at this restaurant. When I requested a refund, I was told that I would need to return in person to receive it, despite having ordered and paid online. Considering the high cost of gas, it is not worth my time and effort to make the trip back for a partial refund. As a result, I will not be patronizing this Del Taco location in the future.

Today at 4 o'clock, I went to this restaurant but it was closed. As I was walking in, I was confronted by two intoxicated individuals. I asked why the drive-thru was closed without any indication, and they mentioned they were short-staffed, although I saw at least 6 workers inside. The employees then proceeded to kick me out while laughing and chatting with my attackers. It was a very unpleasant experience.

love del taco. this place has taken off tubes. the brot on the hamburgers was rock hard. the kerl behind the theke had not only a bad attitude on a big scale, but was reddish. the burito was cold. what happens to del taco is the second that had great problems. is it the fusion with jack in the box? del taco was formerly a shiny diamant, now he becomes a sweat Reserva una mesa ahora

Definitely horrible way to run a business. Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:50pm all signs state they close at 12 but no response on speaker. I pulled to window and saw 2 employees preparing food but neither of them addressed or approached. They were hiding? Seriously to to it off after sitting there for 10 min they turn off the lights. ????

Super busy on a Thursday night but the youmg lady who took care of my order, Grace, was hustling like crazy getting all of the folks waiting taken care of. She def deserves some attention from Mgmt. Well done!
