I placed an order during breakfast hours and showed what I believe was the manager my rewards QR code. There was an item available for redemption linked to the QR code, but he refused to honor it, stating that I was too late because I hadn’t ordered it at the drive-thru. I inquired if I could wait in the parking lot or come inside to pick it up, but he repeatedly told me no, asserting it was too late. Food was made sloppy and messy. Tacos del carbon with too much sauce it was soggy. Asked twice for no ice on drink still received with ice. Sketchy people hanging around the entrance and outside seating areas.
The local DT really does it up for Holloween. This is the store on Washington Blvd. In Commerce.Great crew and Manager does a great job. Eat there often and place is spotless and crew is excellent
