**April 8, 2024:** Del Taco is closed at 6:25 PM. All the doors were locked, so I ended up driving to Burger King instead.
**April 4, 2024:** I ordered a small burger with guacamole, no cheese. The receipt indicated that I should receive two scoops of guacamole, but I got maybe half a teaspoon mixed with lettuce. Clearly, I didn’t receive the two scoops I paid for. What size is their scoop—1/4 teaspoon each? Plus, I didn’t ask for it to be mixed with shredded lettuce. It was awful. I ordered three things .. didn't get my whole order. I'd honestly shut down this restraunt . They close the doors to the lobby at 5pm. Controlling all clients to the drive thru . I go to the drive thru . Spend 10$ a female chunky cashier who takes my order is so oblivious to make sure three items go into the bag. She makes me stand in drive thru to get a sprite. Everything we ordered was cold—so cold that it felt unsafe to eat. The bean burritos were icy, and my wife and I also noticed that the tortillas were hard and seemed either undercooked or stale. I had requested extra cheese for the burritos, but all they did was dump a large clump of cold shredded cheese into the opening of the uncooked tortilla. It was quite strange. My wife's meal was equally cold and unappetizing. We lost our appetites and ended up throwing most of it away after only a few bites. I'm really hoping we don’t get sick. I filed a formal complaint with corporate regarding my experience at this location. The staff seemed untrained and disinterested in providing good customer service. The manager was hiding in a corner, listening to problems without addressing them. I witnessed a father and son walk in and not be acknowledged for ten minutes before they left without placing an order. When I brought this to the attention of a young employee, her first excuse was "Can't you see I'm busy?" However, upon looking around, it was clear that I was the only customer there. She then casually responded, "Well, I don't care." Based on what I've read in other reviews, I'm not surprised by this behavior.

My bank detected fraud from this place be careful who you give your debit and credit cards to through the drive-thru. The person with her red hair always uncombed is an absolute disgrace to your company she doesn't know how to be helpful and she always looks like she just woke up lol I don't want some unpleasant woman serving me my food I like to feel happy about my purchase not regretful Im not going to spend my money where im not appreciated there's always a long wait at this location
They could not have been any slower, indifferent or inattentive. And still got my drink wrong. They seemed to work well together but in no hurry. Complete lack of customer care.
Burrito had undercooked rice and no cheese. Sprite was mostly carbonated water, the syrup must’ve been out. It all tasted horrible, except for the fries.
No soap in the bathroom. Nacho cheese burrito thing was decent
