We were in dire need of a midnight snack and most of the food places around were closed. We made it just in time before closing. We didn't expect much as we assumed the kitchen was getting picked up and the associates were probably eager to go home. That was not the case all the items we ordered from the burritos to the loaded fries were very fresh and perfectly made. Everything was fresh and the service was good too.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the drive-thru on October 28, 2022, around 10:30 am. The staff member attending to customers was quite unprofessional and rude, which is unacceptable. If she is unhappy with her job, it might be best for her to consider a different line of work. It's unfortunate to see such behavior in a place where service should be a priority.
This del taco location is not it. My burritos are always made incorrectly, they don't even know how to wrap a dang bean and cheese burrito The drive thru is always manned by teenagers that are very unprofessional. I guess it's probably just del tacos in the great Denver area suck. If you get the opportunity go to a del taco in California where they make the food much more appealing
Multiple times they close early… today I Came 30 minutes before close, and we waited 10 minutes basically for someone to answer the speaker. No one did, so we pulled up to the window and she hid from us. Until we kept trying to get her attention, she walked up and signed that they were closed. Terrible location Reserva una mesa ahora
This location is a complete disappointment. Yesterday, I ordered online for a quick family dinner after a long, hot day. When I arrived to pick up the order, they were trying to close early due to staffing issues and gave me a runaround about how to retrieve the food I had already paid for online.
excellent service, fast and fast to their food preparation. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their products or services. the people behind the counter are real and very pleasant and eating is great! the loudspeaker on the running gear could be replaced, but also it is great! Food: 5/5
This restaurant is a popular spot for a quick meal, but I rated it only 3 stars. It can be inconsistent; sometimes the food is excellent, while other times it's just average. However, my most recent breakfast burrito was fantastic—a flavorful, stuffed tortilla that I genuinely enjoyed.
It has really gone down hill since the re opening from construction. I have not been able to get a single taco shell that’s not cracked in half. The macho nachos are a joke for almost $7. I can’t even get ground beef all the way across the taco. Please do better. Reserva una mesa ahora
It's okay I guess but they always take forreeever even when you're the only customer lmao I sat at the speaker for a hot minute before anyone said anything. I was wondering if they were even open. Foods ok, guy at the window was friendly.
