There's a reason why the Wendy's next door has a longer line than this Del Taco. The service, quality, and location leave much to be desired. I ordered a number 8, and it was undercooked, stale, tough, and drenched in too much sauce. I was polite and respectful to the staff, but I didn't receive the same courtesy in return. The person at the drive-thru window essentially tossed my food to me. I won't be returning.
I was here about 20 minutes ago and the fries were nasty tasted like the were heated up by putting them back in the oil to heat them up again. The steak quesadilla wasn't even hot and the cheese was not melted. The steak tasted like it was 2 days old. The funnel fries were dripping oil. This is the worst Del Taco I've ever been to, and would not come here again. Th
The tacos were not very good and the quality keeps going down while the prices go up. Del Taco use to be good not anymore. Hard pass in the future so many better options out there. The staff was laughing and making fun of the customers as they ordered in the drive thru. Not cool I dined in the restaurant and watched this go on for over ten minutes.
This is the only Del Taco location I trust! I haven't been disappointed in over a year of service. The management is clearly doing a great job. The mangier Cristina is extremely rude when I was ordering my food I accidentally got the wrong thing and asked them to put ground beef on my nachos she had thrown my tray on the table with her hands up and said it is what it is lady, so go
Del Taco is my favorite fast food restaurant, and this specific location holds a special place in my heart. They consistently serve hot fries and provide speedy service. A big thumbs up for the amazing experience at Del Taco!
