On July 20, 2022, at 5:58 PM, I ordered two servings of churros from Del Taco World Headquarters. By 6:14 PM, I approached the supervisor to mention that the churros were cold, almost as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. There was no way they could have cooled down so fast. Unfortunately, the supervisor was rude and declined to replace them. This experience definitely affected my overall impression of the menu at Del Taco World Headquarters.
Service was very slow; I was the only person in line, and it took at least 10 minutes before anyone took my order. The manager seemed indifferent and the staff was not friendly. The quality of service was disappointing. They should reconsider using the Del Taco name, as this experience did not meet the brand's standards.
The customer service was terrible; I waited in line for more than 5 minutes, which is totally unacceptable. Additionally, I waited over 10 minutes for my order. I get that they might be understaffed, but that was just ridiculous. There wasn't even a word of acknowledgment about the slow service.
Del Taco was my wife's pick since she was craving tacos, so that's where we went for her quick taco fix. I ordered the double burger combo—it was decent, but nowhere near the quality of In-N-Out. Reserva una mesa ahora
The service was very poor. The employee placed the tacos in the bag sideways, so by the time we got home, it turned into a taco salad inside the bag.
