Because of this positive experience, I decided to order from them again for my daughter's baptism. However, the second time around was a complete disaster. We recently went to their location in roselle to order a cake for our daughter's quinceañera that she ordered special for the occasion, they assured us that it would be done in time and exactly how we ordered it. When the day of the event arrived it was delivered on time and the outside of the cake looked beautiful, but when we finally cut the cake we quickly realized it was not the cake we ordered. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from this bakery. Despite confirming the design and flavors of my daughter's quinceañera cake a week before the event, the cake we received on the day did not match what we had ordered. The flavors were completely wrong, as we ended up with vanilla and strawberry instead of red velvet and chocolate ganache with dulce de leche. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach out to the bakery for a resolution, we visited in person only to find that the owners were unavailable. Ordered a cake for a Bridal Shower, after multiple conversations with them. The cake was not decorated anything like we had agreed on. They stuck two large scary looking plastic gold flowers that appeared and smelled to be spray painted. It looked terrible. The cake was supposed to be red velvet with cream cheese filling and butter cream frosting. It was marble cake with a pink filling and fondant that appeared to have been refrigerated. Impossible to get a hold of them to reply! They don't even deserve 1 star

I cannot begin to describe how happy I was with my niece's bridal shower cake. The whole ordering/payment process was done electronically. I sent them a picture of the cake, they sent me an invoice with the price. I sent payment. I picked the cake up on Sunday, October 2. The cake was exactly like the picture I had given them! My niece was ecstatic. The cake was gorgeous and absolutely delicious! I cannot say enough good things about Primavera cakes.
Best Cake ever made for my son they did a great job setting up everything for his special day defiantly going back.Tiramisu specialty cake was amazing and everything was made to perfection
I highly recommend this restaurant for their beautifully designed cakes and delicious flavors. Their cakes are always fresh and their work is truly amazing.
the cakes were the best I ever had. moist and so delicious. red velvet is great and the cocos and passion fruit is great. the cakes were also very pretty.
