extremely rude workers. around 6:30 pm this man on the phone called us back to let us know the cooks could not make our pizza the way we ordered it because it’s “not what they do, and they’ve never done it that way”. we’ve ordered this pizza on multiple occasions, so that was a lie .. regardless of that, the man that spoke to us on the phone was extremely rude and very patronizing. i don’t understand being rude to your customers. this experience was very disappointing and i would recommend working on customer service skills at this location.
Ive been a loyal customer for years due to Pronto’s service and food. However, when i tried to place an order today, I received a call back that it was not able to get fulfilled. Ive ordered this order several times and the guy who called me was extremely rude. He said the cook was not making that order tonight and laughed ? An apology and explanation would have been more appropriate. Please value and respect your customers. I will no longer be supporting or bringing my business to Prontos.
Would have given 5 stars in the past, but the last cheese pizza we had just tasted like salt. I wish they would go back the original Pronto’s recipes/ingredients for anything that changed after the ownership change. Some things are still 5 stars like pastas, house salad and dressing, but other things have changed.
We had our mom's Celebration of Life catered by Pronto's yesterday (9/21/24). On time delivery and FANTASTIC food which received many compliments from our guests. Thank you for making and bringing a second pan of beef so quickly! Excellent experience!

Had a few of these grapefruit IPAs while we waited for our dinner, unbelievably delicious, hopefully they stock them routinely! Also, the blackened shrimp fettuccine alfredo was supreme.
Simple place ... We love the pizza ... Family joint... Cold beer ... We got very good service. Appears to be family ran which makes it more cool, for some reason. Yeah, I recommend.
First time here…met the owner Julie and she was lovely. Amanda the bartender is fantastic. Literally best pizza ever. The pizza tasted so fresh. Best customer service.
Ticked that this has been here for decades and this was my first time in...won't be my last!!!! Looking at the pics will need to try pizza next.

OMG the best pizza and lasagna in the area ! If your Lucky they will have the Italian sausage soup. Cozy dinning room and fun bar
