At 8:10, I went back to the hostess and asked for a different waiter. Waiter #2 arrived and took our order, asking if we were interested in any specials. He mentioned Bronzini, Salmon, and Scallops but didn’t know how they were prepared. When we asked for a white wine, we gave him the number listed on the menu. He then started searching through the red wine rack. When we clarified that we wanted a white wine, he sarcastically replied, "Thanks, that narrows it down for me." That was the last we saw of him as well.
Frustrated, we decided to leave at 8:25. As we walked past the hostess, she offered a brief apology, but honestly, she should have been much more proactive in ensuring we were bein...
We had made an open table reservation, but it wasn't on the schedule. However, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated, especially since it was New Year's Eve. He offered us drinks at the bar while we waited. The food was outstanding—my husband claimed his Veal Chop was the best he had ever tasted. We will definitely be returning.
This place needs an extreme makeover. The one and only server who appeared to be the owner was very nice. So nice I hate doing this. The food needs to take it up a notch as far as quality. The floor was sticky as we walked in curtains drawn (take them down all together) just not a pleasant atmosphere. Sorry will not return.
I had a very disappointing experience with OpenTable. The restaurant I booked had gone out of business four months ago, and yet my reservation was still accepted. This greatly wasted my evening and ruined our night. I find this to be unprofessional.
