We mainly do takeout platters here (and occasionally eat in during lunch), but this is our local spot for sushi/maki. The prices are good, the food is fresh, and the service is spot on. You need to order ahead for platters, but that is not uncommon. The menu is more classical than traditional and it certainly doesn't have the increasingly outrageous creations of more modern, hipper spots. Of course I like the crazier rolls too, but classic style has its appeal especially if you're looking for volume and value. The dine in area is small, but clean and modern. It feels like you're very close to the action of the food prep. I remember how it was before they moved two doors down. This is a huge upgrade. Sushi lady (I know she probably definitely has a name) and her team work very hard. She always greets me kindly and remembers way too much about my order history. Thanks, sushi lady!

I used to really enjoy this place but the reviews are correct. The management is extremely rude, they're not welcoming at all. A couple days ago, I ordered sushi and my bill came out to be $26 and I only had a $100 bill with me which I gave him. He counted the money and gave it. I then came back to my car and counted just to be sure and was missing $11 from my change he gave back. Upon entering the restaurant again, it’s like he knew exactly why I was coming back in. When I told him he owes me $11, he pretended to look at his screen for my order for like half a second and gave me the money. I’m not complaining that I got my money back it’s the fact that it didn’t seem like it was the first time he did this. Make sure to count your change because it really seems like he’s skimming some off the top for his benefit. Idk if I’ll be back, I hate people who lie or steal.

Best bang for your buck! My go to place whenever I'm craving sushi. High quality, rich and fresh ingredients, excellent price. They even have a lunch special..awesome for catering parties. Everyone raves about this when I bring it to parties. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
