Phenomenal dining experience! My boyfriend and I came in for a late dinner/ early morning breakfast at around 12 Am and were pleasantly surprised. A side note: all of the customers who checked out with Brian were thrilled to see such a dedicated worker. He does the work when no one is watching. I was in search of a late-night meal when I stumbled upon this Denny's restaurant after midnight. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how cold it was inside. I waited nearly 15 minutes for the server to take my order, despite being the only customer in line. Feeling uncomfortable in the freezing dining area, I opted to wait for my food in my car. Upon receiving my order, I found that half of it was missing - including hash browns, eggs, toast, and drinks. This was our first time at this restaurant location and unfortunately, my family and I were very disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for a table, which we understand was due to Father's Day, but waiting an additional hour for our food which came out cold was unacceptable. The service was lacking, with the two girls at the front appearing unfriendly and distracted. We even noticed one of them vaping. Overall, we were not able to enjoy our meal and believe that Denny's can do better.
We were greeted immediately, sat right away, waited on within seconds! The server, Susan, was friendly and efficient throughout the meal. Our food, grand slam, was delicious and served hot. The price was reasonable. Our coffee was hot, strong and refilled. The room was very clean. All in all we had a fine meal. The manager, Angela, even circulated the dining room to see that everyone was happy. Well done Denny's Northfield!

Craving a late night bit and are in the area, then this 24-hour Denny's is definitely a place to consider. A few bites of their caramel apple pie crisp (warm apple pie crisp topped with premium vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, and powdered sugar) will make you very happy you did. Top that off with friendly service, by servers such as Adel, will ensure you leave with a smile.
This Denny's is my Mom and her best friend's Favorite. I went with them last week while visiting and I can honestly say I have never encountered such an amazing staff! Every single employee was friendly and accommodating and even when my Mom was experiencing medical issues they couldn't have been nicer! They were so sweet and understanding! WAY TO GO DENNY'S!!
Very surprised by the food quality. Fresh Caesar salad with chicken. Nice atmosphere following huge comedy show. My particular server wasn't attentive and not too knowledgeable. Actually tried to charge full price for 2 Caesar salads although one did not have chicken. Originally claimed it was the same price? Had to push back to get correct bill.
Excellent service! I had breakfast with my family there last week. Our waitress, Florinda, was amazing and the food was delicious. My kid has a food allergy and our waitress took care of every detail to make sure our order was safe for him. Thanks Dennys for taking care of my family and thanks Florinda for an A experience !

I was impressed by the excellent service, quick delivery, and high-quality food at this restaurant. The manager, Bryan, stood out for his exceptional efforts in ensuring everything ran smoothly during the busy late-night hours. He was polite, accommodating, and the cinnamon pancakes were as delicious as always.
I have always liked eating at Denny's restaurants. This particular location was just okay for me. The service was fine and the meals were decent. I would eat here again because I did have a bad experience and I enjoyed my pancakes the most.
