I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give a -10 stars. My husband and I met a friend that we haven't seen in 8 years at Denny's at 1pm Saturday 5-28-22 ,we stood waiting to be seated for 20 minutes. There were only two tables of 2 people each occupied, the rest of the tables were empty. There were 3 employees standing around talking. When they finally decided to seat us, they told us to be patient it was shift change. The only reason we didn't walk out before we were seated or during the next 25 minutes it took for the waiter to come get our drink order the 15 minutes before we got our drinks and had our order taken the 45 minutes to get our 3 Hamburgers and fries, was because we were enjoy...
It was my aunt's birthday and she requested to go here. Upon arrival we amongst other customers had to wait until the staff cleaned off tables... I'm not talking about one or two either. Once seated, I had high hopes but they were quickly dashed away. Had it NOT been for the fact that I was trying to keep cool because it was after all my aunt's request, I would've left. My order was NOT as requested. The server didn't even offer us jelly for our toast. She brought a super sticky glass of syrup, IT WAS JUST A MESS!!! AND AFTER ALL THE CALMNESS I TRIED TO SHOW, WHEN WE GOT TO THE CAR... MY AUNT SAID, WE SHOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE??!!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME A...
The opportunity arose to visit Denny's during my travel. I still miss the Denny's Dayton Ohio had near UD campus, so this offered some nostalgia. The staff team was friendly and polite during the entire visit. My waitress kept the drinks full throughout the visit. The menu was easy to read and choose from and there is a digital version via QR code for those who prefer not touching the menus. The food arrived hot and fresh to the table with good presentation and aroma. I'm so glad I was able to Indulge in this fantastic opportunity once again.
You shouldn't have to wait until someone says hello or good morning to you. it takes only 5 seconds to say that someone will be with them. I know the people need to live, but if they don't like, they find a new job! but since you are based here and their livelihood of tipps, the customer service should be much better than what it is. I can't talk about eating because I didn't even take a place.

If I could give negative stars, I would. by far the worst customer service, waited for an hour to eat. we have our order wrong, many things are missing. asked what the manager seems to be for our missing article and he said ok and went away. I waited and waited for an hour. Don't come here, they've got the worst and I mean the worst customer service in the city!
I absolutely love the nachos at Denny's—delicious! Yesterday, I swung by and grabbed a large container of them, and they were fantastic. It's been a while since I last had them, but they tasted just as amazing as I remembered. If you're looking for great food and awesome nachos, this is the place to go. So, what are you waiting for? It's time to dig in! Thanks!
We got the Santa Fe Skillet meal. Sadly It was extremely greasy (almost burnt not quite . When I mentioned it to the waiter he said it seemed kinda greasy but nothing was done. The service was good (other then not addressing the bad $12 dish, . The other meal was cooked very well. Just don't get Santa Fe Skillet.
Food was great, service was fabulous. Water... yuck! And the sweet tea was SUPER sweet. I had the eggs benedict... called Classic Benny something . Family got the steak, chicken Alfredo, and double cheeseburger. Everyone was very happy. We all had to get a cheesecake, I got mine to go. ?

Very poor service I went inside here to get dinner 6/12/22 at about 1900...they said only carryout I said that's fine and ordered my food chopped steak with mashed potatoes...AND I PROMISE I CANT MAKE THIS UP they brought my food out in a doggy bag ??????
the server must have been new because it was somewhat unpolished and despite its lack of menu choices that is terrible .that food came out, it was delicious and it smoked hot 2 thumbs up.
