I've been to Denny's before late at night after work, and it definitely wasn't as good as my visit last night! The cashier was great and made sure everything was perfect. If he's not there, I might just leave! So, here’s my updated review: I took the day off, and my son asked if we could go to Denny's since it had been a while. Unfortunately, the wait to be seated and to receive our food was terrible. They forgot our sides of bacon, sausage, and hash browns and had to come back three times after delivering our first plate because she kept forgetting items. Plus, I got charged for something extra. Overall, it was not a good experience.
This was my first visit to Denny's with my kids, and I was treated with the utmost respect. My plate was filled with plenty of food, and everything arrived hot. I never had to ask for anything because the waitress consistently checked on our table and kept my coffee cup refilled. The customer service was excellent, the food tasted delicious, and the portions were generous.
This is the worst Denny's I've ever visited. It's incredibly dirty; the bathrooms appear and smell as if they haven't been cleaned in ages, and the entryway floor is also filthy. The area outside by the trash is littered with garbage, making it a place I wouldn't want to take my children—or even myself—to eat.
In the end, we chose to leave. The service was extremely poor, to say the least. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant. When we went to the restroom to wash our hands and asked for soap, we were told only hand sanitizer was available. I would advise dining here at your own risk.

Good food, but I wish the takeout packaging was more sustainable instead of plastic. We try to limit our visits to reduce plastic waste.
