A trusted business. Too often you worry when dealing with any business that you can trust how they operate. I was getting some commercial work done by Denver Beverage and timeframe was short. Fidel was amazing. He understood the urgency and work with us to make sure we had what we needed. The trustworthiness came into play when it was time to pay the bill. They easily could have charged us for what the generic quote was for, but nothing doing. The bill was much less and only for actual time and materials for the job done. I’ve had issues with Denver Bev from the beginning which was about 2 years ago. Their techs don’t know how to fix the systems they installed. They’ve wasted a ton of my beer trying to fix the beer system they installed for me. They suggested I use a different company to fix the beer because they don’t know how to. My Coke has been super foamy for the past month and they can’t figure out how to fix it. There’s so many more issues and I’m exhausted from how many repeat service tickets I have to put in. I’m just done with Denver Bev. As soon as my contract is up, I’m using a different company.

Do yourself a favor and don't work with this company!! They frequently deliver expired soda to us, their staff are not the most responsive, items are often out of stock. When items are delivered, they are VERY dirty and dusty, leading us to question the cleanliness of their warehouse. If you want products that they offer, please go to the direct supplier because you will find them at a much lower price. Additionally, the accounting department messes up quite often leading to inconsistencies in our spending numbers. We have not had a good time with Denver Beverage.
