Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal hier gegessen nachdem es uns mehrfach empfohlen wurde. Unfassbar freundliches Personal mit klaren Empfehlungen und hoher Empathie gegenüber Gästen auch den ganz kleinen). Tolle und reichliche Auswahl an traditionellen Speisen beider Länder. Sehr frisches und hochwertiges Essen. Ein minimaler Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das Essen für einen Tisch idealerweise zeitgleich für alle Gäste servieren. Wir hatten maximal 3 min Differenz aber das ist wirklich nicht der Rede wert! Kartenzahlung wäre nett anzubieten aber wirklich kein Drama. Wir kommen die 50 km gerne nochmal um dieses leckere und tolle Erlebnis zu wiederholen.

excellent carvings of all kinds. we were three and did not make any of the carvings. after half we gave up. the carving on its own just fits on the teller, the supplemental salad and the frits are each in extra dishes, but belong to it. all for about 16, euro. the rest (half) we have let in, included in the price. we will now go public and try other dishes. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
Wer hier mehr als 2 Sterne gibt hat bisher vermutlich nicht viel an Gastronomie kennengelernt. Wir haben tatsächlich über 70 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet bevor wir dann das Lokal verlassen haben. Abgesehen davon ist der Betreiber alles andere als ein guter Gastgeber… er ist hochgradig unverschämt und gehört in die heutige Gastro-Zeit absolut nicht hinein.

Ich muss sagen, ich habe wirklich selten so gut gegessen! Hier stimmt alles von A-Z, alle Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet. Was zum Verständnis etwas länger dauert. Aber das warten lohnt sich.
