Deros Delicacies - Reserva de mesa

I order from Deros often when friends have a baby or on other occasions. They usually are spot on and very delicious. I ordered for friends and family since I won't be seeing them because of COVID and thought it would be a nice gift. Unfortunately, they did not put who the sender was on my card that was sent with the order, so they didn't know who it was from. Also, 2 of the three orders I sent were delivered 2 days early than the date I specified. I called customer service and spoke to a man who just made excuses and wasn't very sincere in his apology (had to pull it out of him) and when I asked for some sort of discount for their mistake, he made it seem like I was really putting him in a...

Completely inedible. We recently received a gift basket of pastries from DeRos, and it was the worst food I've ever encountered. The pastries tasted like sawdust stuffed with cardboard. I didn't think it was possible to make pastries this terrible. Don't repeat the mistake our friends made: avoid ordering from here.

I have been ordering these pastry baskets for 20 years and have always been complimented for them by clients and friends. I send in lieu of flowers to every funeral and the families always appreciate these baskets. Thank you DeRos for always being there for us. I just ordered another last night.

I'm not sure what the other reviewer was referring to, but we received a basket filled with absolutely incredible pastries! They were so delicious! I will definitely recommend this place.

The delicious pastries are total comfort food. I order a pastry basket instead of flowers. Consistently delicious. Excellent customer service.
