The food at the restaurant was satisfactory, but unfortunately, my order did not adhere to the instructions I provided. Additionally, the food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive, despite living only a short 15-minute walk away. This was not the first time I had encountered this issue when ordering from this establishment. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person on the other end assured me it would be there in 5 minutes, only to make the same promise 20 minutes later. Overall, I was disappointed by the service and lack of adherence to my order instructions.
We ordered pizza online and were informed to pick it up in 20 minutes. However, when we arrived, a rude customer assistant informed us that we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The pizza had spoiled vegetables on it. Hopefully the next visit will be better. We'll find out tomorrow.
We paid for pizza online and I have been told to pick up pizza in minutes, when we arrived very rude customer assistant told us that we need to wait another minutes. The pizza had some rotten vegetables in it I hope that meet was OK, we will see tomorrow
