Celebrated my dad's bday here. My dad loves seafood that's why we decided to try this place. We ordered the barbecued salmon, branzino fish both were really tasty! I highly recommend the crispy Brussel sprout for appetizers. My husband tried the chicken parm- he enjoyed it. Service is excellent. Will come back again to try their Saturday special. our meal was okay, but they didn't cost. but what made our dinner terrible was the dining room itself. we sat in the back room, which was dirty. the floor did not look like he had been cleaned in weeks, the deck was dirty with dirt that covered the airvents. the walls were not provided with chipped color. besides the tablecloth and pretty flowers on the table we could have been in the back room of chucky cheese. an attentive waitress was only redemption.
We dined in the cozy bar area, where we enjoyed excellent service and delicious food. We started with the small house chopped salad with blue cheese and wasabi peas, which we loved and will definitely order again. The almond-crusted white fish in lemon sauce was incredibly tasty, and the roasted vegetables were cooked perfectly. The mushroom and Parmesan risotto was also a highlight - everything we ordered was delicious.
The food was enjoyable. The service was a bit inconsistent but still acceptable. It had been a couple of years since I last visited. It's always on my list, but for some reason, I tend to overlook it. Perhaps it's because it's located in the mall. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3. 2 of the hostesses kind of got upset because we asked for a bigger table. But our server Ken was wonderful. Very friendly and super nice. The staff is excellent, staying in character and creating a fun atmosphere for all. The menu has a wide variety of options and the food is exceptionally good.
