While visiting family on the north side of Chicago on a hot July day, we were in search of a dining experience outdoors where we could relax in the shade and enjoy a refreshing glass of cold salad wine. We stumbled upon Jibek Jolu and were pleasantly surprised. The spacious outdoor deck was inviting and completely shaded, with stylishly comfortable furniture. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the Eastern European menu offered a refreshing change compared to typical American fare. We visited Jibek Jolu for Sunday brunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was not only delicious but also unique. We tried the meat omelet and the Syrniki, which are pancakes, and they were incredibly light and fluffy. The omelet was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the decor was beautifully done. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Had dinner here with some friends for the first time — what a gem! Food was outstanding— from the appetizers to dessert, everything we had was very delicious. The decor as well is simply beautiful, and the ambience is wonderful. I was also very impressed by the attentive service. This is definitely one of our go-to restaurants now!
Outstanding. Really a gem. The Plov was possibly the best I've ever had. The garlic eggplant appetizer was so good I'd go back and order 4 of them and just have that for dinner. Nothing here disappoints. Wonderful service too. I can't wait to go back.

Everything was delicious, I can’t repeat the name of the dishes as we had Alex that is familiar with the food and ordered for us, the spices, taste,presentation, Service… you can have vegetarian, lamb, chicken and on.. one of the best
Fantastic place! I love everything in there: Food, Drink, Cake, Customer Service, and traditional decorations. It's a great restaurant. Open up another franchise in Schaumburg. Glenview is a bit far.
3.5 stars Ate lunch! Food was not hot, but luke warm. Chef's choice was good, sword fish with arugula salad. Would go back and try other selections. Service good. Delicious mixed drinks!
I absolutely loved this restaurant! They offer a wonderful variety of cuisines, and everything I tried was delicious.
