Diana's is a fantastic hidden gem of a hot dog spot located in a plaza on the east side of Schmale Road near North Avenue. Despite its small size and relatively low profile, the food here is top-notch! I decided to go with the special, which included two hot dogs, fries, and a drink, all for just $8.50 before taxes. The food was served promptly, piping hot, and the staff were very welcoming. If you're in the mood for a fast and delicious meal in Carol Stream, you can't go wrong with Diana's!
This review is of a nice little place with a friendly staff member. When asked for a recommendation, the staff said everything was good, but the hot dogs seemed like they had been sitting for a while and were not fresh. The toppings were fresh and the fries were crisp and not soggy. The reviewer would eat here again and wants to try other items on the menu. They rated the food a 3, service a 5, and atmosphere a 4.
Welcoming place. Large food menu. I had ordered a Philly, based on recommendation from gentleman taking my order. Unfortunately, what i received was not a Philly Cheesesteak. It was their rendition with a chopped steak, peppers, onions, shredded mozzarella, on toasted garlic bread. However, this was a good steak sandwich. Not a Philly though!
I have visited this restaurant in the past and had a positive experience. However, this time when I got home and looked at my hot dog, it appeared as though the chef had deliberately mishandled it before wrapping it up. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora
Awesome little hidden gem. Great prices. Awesome people! We need more places like this because this is the epitome of a hot dog joint that cares about what they put out! Crispy Fries and great dogs!
This restaurant is family-owned with a friendly and helpful staff who are easy to converse with and will make you smile. The food is fantastic and I have been a loyal customer for years.
Gyro was delicious and so stuffed with meat I couldn't even finish it. The sauce was delicious too and I also got a Chicago dog to taste and it was great.
