I would love to give this restaurant five stars but I've ordered from DiBari's two times in the last two weeks and they got my order wrong both times. It's a shame because the food is good but consistency means a lot and getting my order correct isimportant considering I have food allergies. The young lady read back my order both times and they still got it wrong bothtimes. This was my go-to place but looks like I will have to find another pizza shop. I hope they are able to employ staff inthe near future that can follow directions.
This restaurant serves the best sandwiches in the area! The focaccia bread is freshly made, and the eggplant is peeled, sliced thin, and lightly fried to perfection – simply amazing. The grilled chicken sandwich with roasted peppers and mozzarella is absolutely delicious. The staff here are incredibly friendly and take great pride in preparing authentic Italian food. If you're hungry, I highly recommend ordering from this restaurant – it's that good!
First time at this pizzeria and honestly I wouldn?t come back. I ordered 3 pizza slices and was not enough tomatoes sauce and cheese . For me the pizza should be cheesy. I also ordered fried calamari and it was over fried, not crunchy and taste weird. Also as you can see in the first picture it came with kind of shelf or plastic. Horrible experience. Sadly my order was a pickup so i didn?t want to come back and complaint.
We had rice balls and mozzarella carozas for appetizers. They were delicious. I had a side salad and penne pasta with shrimp scampi. The food was very good. However, the service was lacking. The server kept forgetting to bring our drinks and dessert.

Tryed the Verde court from the Köchen specialties. Spinach fatuccine tasted homemade, sauce was savory full of taste. They darkened the grilled chicken. Delightful Parm Paprika Dressing. Instant favorite!

The best Italian food in Matawan. Food is always very fresh and extremely tasty. They also have daily specialties for lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.
The Sicilian pie is great, the best thing there, a must get. Maybe the best crust i have had, light, fluffy, and crisp all at the same time.
