Erstmal möchte ich vorausschicken dass die Bewertung dem Niveau des Preisgefüges gerecht wird. Sicher eine Spitzenküche zu Spitzenpreisen, also sind die Maßstäbe entsprechend höher anzulegen. Die Atmosphäre wirkte ein wenig hektisch trotz weniger Tische, da die 2 Servicekräfte mit jedem Gang die Treppe rauf und runter hetzen, die Küche ist nun mal einen Stock tiefer. Eine mäßige Hintergrund CD, die dann wieder von vorne anfängt. Wäre ok, man sitzt aber dann schon mal 3h da....Sehr gut ist das nachhaltige Konzept, dass die Auswahl der Lebensmittel angeht, wie z.B eine bayerische Garnele, die tatsächlich in Erding nachhaltig gezüchtet wurde. the food was fantastic from beginning to end. the 'landei ' is a fabulous appetizer, the veal two ways as well, especially the braised calf cheek (to die for . wine selection very good, recommendations of waiter not as good as they could have been; i know...a fair amount about wine, though am not a true expert, but i knew more than he did, which should not be the case at these prices. he also came by far too often and talked far too much. it 's a lovely drive to the tegernsee, perhaps germany 's most beautiful lake. the hotel is close to the lake, but there 's no view, at least not from the dichterstube, which has no windows, but rather walls covered with low-quality portraits of lesser know...
Fussläufig zum Seehotel Überfahrt befindet sich im Park-Hotel Egener Höfe dieses sehr gute Restaurant. Den Weg in den stilvollen Holzpavillon weist gerne ein freundlicher Guide, denn ohne Kenntnis der Örtlichkeiten wird dies ein schwieriges Unterfangen.Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die klassische Küche verwöhnt den Gourmet mit erstklassigen regionalen Produkten. Empfehlenswert sind insbesondere Entenbrust, Stangenspargel, Zanderfilet und bayerische Garnele. Als Aperitif ist ein Rose-Champagner von Taittinger und als Digestif ein Sherry Alte Marille zu empfehlen. Ein herrlicher Platz zum Geniessen weitab von der Hektik des Alltags!
we had an ingenious dinner experience with all boxes fucked menu / food, service, atmosphere / interior design. my desire for a menu based on plants and some fish was taken into account, not only by the offer ‘something’, but a well thought out, creative menu, delicious, refreshing...we had a lot of fun exploring the different flavors and compositions. the service was also very good. very professional and accommodating. interior architecture modern and contemporary created a chilled atmosphere.

what a wonderful night I had in poetry! excellent ingredients, creative dishes and for me the best was really the service. traditional Bavarian smiles that make this restaurant unforgettable. recommend the local tegernseer fish “saibling” and the “Phoenix fennel”. the wee pairing was supported by a 5* sommelier. I will return:
We arrived early, so chose to have a drink in the garden first. The waiters were eager to take our order, whilst we viewed the menu. We choose the tasting menu with matched wine, and I have to say the pairing was perfect. All in...all a pleasant dining experience.
the whole meal was well thought out and not to fill the high point for me was dessert (fruit gratine.) we were so glad that we made the reservation before we stayed in the hotel.
excellence is in the menu and food preparation, otherwise a good restaurant. friendly service but could be more attentive, comfortable decor but could have more privacy
