Dickey's Barbecue Pit

No one could return my money for an online order I placed.. I was suppose to pick up my food 30 minutes later. At 7pm . Arrived waiting 15 minutes went Inside and they didn’t have any meat. Which I can understand. What made me upset is they knew and didn’t call me to let me know ahead of time or come out to curbside to let me know at 7pm. And when I told him if he could just refund me he said I had to cancel it online and there was no option and he kept insisting. Until my husband gave him the phone and told him to cancel it and he couldn’t as well! Been calling customer service and no one has gotten back to me about how to get my 115$ back?! But when I called catering because that is the number he gave me they called back within a hour.!
