Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I've never given a restaurant a rating of less than 5 stars until now. The beans and potatoes were warm and acceptable, and while the kielbasa was also warm and prepared properly, I personally didn't enjoy it. However, the mac and cheese was served cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. One of the three ribs was mostly bone and had an odd smell. Additionally, one of the three pieces of brisket was mostly fat, which my dog happily ate. Lastly, I ordered pecan pie but received a brownie instead. I know Dickey's can do better than this, but it might be due to this being a satellite location rather than a full Dickey's restaurant. Regardless, there’s a lot of room for improvement. Thank...

I ordered delivery and the wait time was an hour, which I didn't mind. However, both types of brisket I received were incredibly dry and tough, almost like beef jerky—no exaggeration. The baby back ribs were also dry, which is quite an achievement in the wrong way. It honestly felt like I was served day-old BBQ because, even after an hour, it shouldn't be this bad and dry. There was barely any BBQ sauce, too. It's hard to believe that an employee deemed this acceptable to send out. I realize it's delivery, but I paid over $40 including fees and tips. I should have checked the ratings first. Save your money!

I ordered a three-meat plate that included brisket and ribs, both of which were tough and resembled jerky. Each bite required a lot of chewing, and I’m not sure why I kept going, especially since the meal cost me $20.25 for such a small portion. The only redeeming item was the cheese sausages, but even they were overcooked and dry. I’ve never had barbecued food this bad before. Although I’m not a barbecue expert, there’s no way this should be served to customers.

First of all, not an actual Dickeys location, its in a Burmese restaurant which led to some confusion when picking up my order. The brisket and chicken were good, but a little dry especially the chicken. The Texas Toast was just a big untoasted slice of white bread. The restaurant generally offers consistently good quality, but on occasion, like today, some items were overcooked. The wings were extremely tough and we couldn't finish them. The ribs also tasted like they had been reheated, resulting in a dry texture. Overall, it's still a solid choice, but be prepared for the possibility of a few misses.

Whenever we're in the area, this is definitely our favorite spot. While working here, we once again decided to order catering. This time, we tried the baked potato bar, and it was absolutely delicious. My favorite is the pork burnt ends, so that will be on the list for next time!

This was the worst experience I've had at a Dickey’s BBQ. The meat was extremely dry, just like others have mentioned, and it was served cold. Additionally, I had trouble locating the restaurant to pick up my order; as others noted, it’s located inside an Asian restaurant.

Portion size is unbelievable small. I received two pieces of sausage, the toast seemed like it was just toasted white bread and was cold, and lastly, the Mac and cheese tasted like frozen Mac and cheese. Will not be going back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Terrible! This was the most disgusting food I've ever had. It was dry, cold, and had an awful flavor. The texture was tough and just downright gross. I completely regret spending $130 on this meal; it was inedible.

This restaurant offers fantastic food. My favorite dish is the Polish kielbasa sausage. Everything was cooked to perfection. It truly captures the flavor of Texas!
