"The food was cold, and I’m not sure what they served because it didn’t resemble or taste like brisket—it was more like old pot roast. The pulled pork was mushy, and everything was smothered in barbecue sauce."

A few points to note. First, the restaurant is located within the Country Squire Diner, making it essentially a virtual brand operating out of the diner, with no signage indicating this when you go to pick up your order. I really enjoyed the meat, but there was no option to have sauce on the side. The pulled pork sandwich was presented open-faced, making it necessary to use utensils due to the generous amount of meat and BBQ sauce, but unfortunately, utensils were not provided. The wings were quite large, and they were fried in light oil, though they were not smoked. Despite that, they were delicious! However, there was only the option of ranch dressing for dipping, and no blue cheese availa...

I'm not sure what the pulled pork was, but it wasn't anything I've ever experienced. It was about 80 or 90% fat, and I ended up having to throw away nearly three-quarters of the one-pound portion. The brisket was sliced thin like lunch meat and had a rubbery texture. On the bright side, the sides were fantastic. However, I was so put off by the meat that I actually drove past the restaurant's location, which still says "Country Squire," and the building looks exactly the same. I noticed no visible smokers or smoke, nor was there any smell of smoke in the air, which raises some concerns.

the family pack for $73 is really like a meal for 1 1/2 people. More than what one person should eat (but could)... CERTAINLY not a meal for a family. We got the brisket and the sausage with two sides. In that family meal was about 5 slices of Brisket, 4 sliced sausages, 2 sides of about 1/2 a cup each (think small side at KFC) and some texas toast. It was good not the greatest bbq but the price vs. portion is outrageous.

100%would not recommend, the brisket was tough and the "hand cut fries"turned out to be potato wedges on top of that the food ariv in a card box that was used to toahip the restaurants hashbrowns. Not only did the food not look like the food that was pictured, it wasnt even the same type of food, and it was sub par at best would not rec . Reserva una mesa ahora
