I was really excited for lunch today, but when my plate came there were a few things wrong. It was a mobile order, I added a special request that didn’t get granted; cool whatever I work restaurants I understand. There were other things missing off the sandwich. The sides were so bland, and flavorless. I swear they made me miss SCHOOL cafeteria food. I called the owner to get a refund, or a replacement of something different even. I was telling the owner my problems and he was arguing with me about the special request, I told him I wasn’t going argue with him about that I needed my refund because the food was wrong and bland other than that. Worst BBQ I have ever had, my neighbor went to pick up a 3 meat meal for myself and a neighbor due to my health I b was unable to go, I got chicken, beef and pork, the beef was dry and I mean dry, the pork was ok, the Mac and Cheese was ok, but for $40 you would have expected better, no I don't suggest you or anyone that want a good BBQ meal to visit here, maybe because of the COVID-19 theirs quality of food have slip, fo hope they improve for with my health being handicap I hate wasting money and with some of the issues I got medically I got be careful of my choices of food but that it for me at this location

So I've never been here before today. As a matter of fact I don't even eat BBQ that often but this place was great. There aren't a whole lot of options around for BBQ and this place was great. I read some other reviews and honestly I have no idea if they are reviewing the right place. My meat was tender and not dry at all (read a review that said detest ever but mine wasn't even dry a little no idea where that came from), the Mac and cheese was delicious. Fresh and hot, almost as good as baked lol. Definitely coming back

We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a chicken sandwich. There is no slaw on the pulled pork sandwich and no lettuce or pickles or anything on the chicken sandwich either. Each sandwich did have good flavor but was rather dry. After adding BBQ sauce each tasted much better. They have several choices of BBQ sauce to choose from. Reserva una mesa ahora

Walked in yesterday, the door was unlocked, and the open sign was on. Employee 's very rud, said we have a large catering order an are too busy to serve you. Wow, customer service. As we turned around, one lady said, Come back later. What happened to customer service.

I ordered takeout for my Jeep club CNC4X4. We had 30 people camping at URE. We set time to pick up the food and when we got there everything was ready to go. They helped load into the truck with plates napkins/silverware all provided. Outstanding service.

My family visits at least once a week, never had a bad experience here, friendly staff, great food, our last visit was 4/13/22 and we met the GM, very nice and courteous. Highly recommend supporting this A local business!

Great spot in Albermarle area... food was fast and service was friendly. I seem to remember them having banana pudding but that is no longer on the menu. Would definitely go back! Reserva una mesa ahora

Nick runs a tight organization. The food is always hot fresh and tasty. The crew is hospitable and the restaurant is clean.
