Ordered on GrubHub and the driver apparently took off with my food. Got a refund and drove to the restaurant myself to order take out. Pulled pork was really great (although it came as a platter and it was ordered as a sandwich lol) Sides were okay. But we were shorted and they were wrong. I said yes to pickle and onion and got none for any of the 4 meals purchased. The worst food crime though was the brisket and brisket burnt ends. There was no difference between the two and they were both rock hard shredded beef jerky. Like chewing on beefy bubblegum. Will NOT be back. I placed an online app order for 2 rib dinners. Received a phone call 10 mins after ordering and was told that they couldn't fulfill the order. I asked for a refund. They said they would refund. This was now almost 3 weeks ago, and I still haven't received a refund. I spoke with a manager a week ago about it, and they said that this would be resolved in 5 business days. NO MONEY! Had to start a dispute through my bank. Way to lose a customer.
I’ve rode past this place a few times I saw parking lot was full so I decided to try it I got there at 12:15 in the afternoon I wanted the ribs was told no ribs or turkey so I got the pulled pork and chicken combo this restaurant is around the corner from my hotel pulled pork was ice cold 2 small pieces of chicken a roll that cost 20 bucks do yourself a favor if you see Dickey’s barbecue pit keep driving
that was my first time eating faty. my job was a carry-on job. I ordered jalapeño and cheddar kielbasa and ribplateter with fried okra and kartoffeln salat. I also ordered beer cheese with a side of fritten. I've never got the cheese that cost $1.50, no utensils and that was cold. the meal was not worth $40 plus dollar. Reading has learned. never eat again.

TMI but this place gave us major diarrhea and the mac n cheese makes kraft luxurious. The one staff member was super nice but the others are dry. The bathroom door to womens bathroom does not lock. But their ice tea mixed with lemonade is good!
absolutely terrible service! slowed my $14 sandwich wrong, then tried to argue with me and tell me that it should come like that. cashier must be trained to enter orders properly, which are clearly specified.
