This place has changed so much.I was so glad a decent bbq opened in my neighborhood a few years ago and in the beginning, it was great. Service especially.But when I stopped by tonight and purchased an $80 family pack, they wouldn’t give me extra styrofoam to-go boxes when I asked for them after being told they don’t have plates. What are those, about 10 cents???This place was dark and the people working their looked miserable and hated to be there. So sad this place had to change for the worst. The bbq was definitely not as it used to be either.
Ordered food at out 7:40 for 8:30 delivery. 8:45 no food. But charge confirmed on card $32.96, called and Manuel said they had no order. They close at 9:00 pm so drove up there. Showed the charge was confirmed which also displays the Corporate phone number, told him we got no food so needs to be credited back to me. He said that wasn’t even their phone number! Guess he isn’t smart enough to know that. Been calling corp office too, no one ever answered and was hung up on as well. Now back to Ballpark location and to discuss again.
I ordered a Thanksgiving menu for a family that needs to be delivered. When the driver arrived at the restaurant, they said they didn't make Uber orders today. This order was paid for and accepted days in advance, and now this poor family has no Thanksgiving meal while I try and find scramble and alternative. They didn't cancel the order or reported to us in advance, they only waited until he got there to tell us that they wouldn't do it and that I should try to get my money back. Thanks Dickeys!
Recently moved back to DFW, and I remembered they had decent BBQ for fast food.. Not sure what happened but this was really bad looked good under the lights but the brisket was tasteless I thought it was me but my mom was equally unimpressed we trashed our food and and got Wendy's...

I dined in for a 2 meat plate.food was horrible! Brisket and sausage both was over cooked almost to where it was soft like it was boiled. It did not have a smoked bbq taste at all. Beans were ok, the potato salad was horrible. For almost $20 bucks I left very disappointed!
The taste of BBQ was simply not for me. Everything was okay. The ribs were tender, meat fell from the bone, but the taste of all was simply not there. Customer service was good and the place was clean. Food: 3/5
I ordered brisket, sausage and ribs. It came with 2 pages. I have roasted Okra and BBQ beans. Everything was good and the service was great. No complaints. Food: 4/5
This was $5.50??? Ridiculous!! ? heard great reviews and I get this pathetic small container with a few cookies.

Really great food and a very laid back atmosphere!!!! Value for money. Minced pork, yummm!
The brisket plate was delish. moist and tenderly loved the spicy sauce.
