Yesterday we wanted to get something to eat at short notice. Unfortunately, we were told that there was only the small menu because the kitchen would close in 15 minutes for an hour and later everything would be fully booked. But we were hungry, so we stayed. For my taste, the small menu is quite manageable when it comes to vegetarian dishes. We therefore decided on piementos, patata bravas, beetroot carpachio and bread with Camenbert, with 2 glasses of wine and 2 espressos. Total 66.50 euros. The food was ok, but didn't blow us away. The beetroot Carpachio was particularly disappointing. The vinaigrette was far too sweet for our taste; we would have preferred the earthiness of the beetroot....

The Dutch-speaking waiter was very friendly. He also had a lot of knowledge about the wines. Also gave a lot of information about the production of the wines, etc. I might have forgotten it, but the food was very tasty. The food is shared dining. We had bread with the meat and cheese plate. Then the Patatas bravas, mussels and pork devil. Then to finish, a crema Catalana with a dessert wine. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

LOVED this place! We went back for a second dinner because we enjoyed it so much! Unbelievably great wine list, delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and really really great service! SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Great experience! Dutch service, nice for all explanations and nice conversations at the table. Good wine and food, definitely worth repeating! This red wine was really great!
