To describe the visit to the Pappardelle with one word: PERFEKT! I like to cook passionately, elaborately and extravagantly. That is why our expectations are particularly high and often not to meet. But the Pappardelle did it. The boss is very polite, attentive and knows what she offers. We had the filled squid tubes with pea puree and curry foam. First I was very skeptical about the combination, but completely unfounded. Really very harmonious and interesting because I'm not a curry fan. And the stag back was great. Everything served on hot plates and sauce is unrequired as of course. Please remain faithful to this line. You're fantastic.
The expectations were great, the lunch card was small, but that doesn't have to be a problem if you have a happy hand in the menu. I didn't... The Roulade was very happy with my colleague, laughed at me from the map, but I chose the ‘homemade fish foods’, because something like that can be really delicious. Can't, don't, and it wasn't delicious! Pasty consistency, too weakly fried, panade in some places still cheerful and raw. That's better. The supplement was very good, the salad was a bit edgy, but crisp, colorful and fresh and the dessert absolutely OK. This saves a ‘still satisfying’ overall. More needs to be offered!
We like to be in Barmstedt because it is a small and beautiful place. More we were happy to discover the great restaurant Pappardelle for us. A small appropriate changing selection of excellent dishes are offered. I have a lot to do with meat myself. Here it is properly treated and prepared to the point. Very good. A highlight is the nice person in the service, who already notices from the last visit what you drink is very attentive to the guest and has a relaxed sense of humor. Great store
We just wanted to spend 1 night on the way from Norway or Denmark to the Rhineland and this led us to the luck of Barmstedt. There we again, fortunately, discovered the pappardelle and we were all excited. Even the self-baked bread with Roe Beete Raspberry Hummus was just divine and so it continued. Zander, Flank Steak, Tiramisu, Raspberrysorbet with Prosecco just great! Also the recommended Grappa Morbido has delighted us. It's a shame we're here for 1 night, but that can be changed...

We were there for the first time shortly after the opening and have almost never gone again. The small, clear and regularly changing menu makes it possible (duration burners also exist of course). The food is simply great and varied. What we've tried. The service is lonely tip. That's exactly how I imagine a successful restaurant visit. Everything fits there!!!
On the way to another restaurant, we accidentally passed the restaurant. The furnishings, the ambience and the menu were very appealing – so we stayed and did not regret it. All made, all seasonal and regional... excellent quality.... Great service, very personal... We come back...
Perfection and quality is the philosophy and this is also delivered to the guest. Started by a loving professional reception over an excellent tasteful main course and a fantastic Tiramisu. 
As guests, we didn't have the feeling that we tried. It's a pity because the food was interesting. It would have been nice if we were to have been given a little more appreciation as a guest.

We were very happy. Food and service, everything was of high quality and attention. It's expensive, but it's worth it.
We ate deliciously. Pappardelle and Entrecôte, Tiramisu and Mascarpone with strawberries. Very friendly service!
