While it's nice to have the option, their cheese didn't fully convince me. I would not recommend the pizza margherita, where it is the main ingredient, but it was doing better in the pizza giardino, where it mainly added texture. You'll have to try yourself if you prefer this cheese or a cheese-less pizza.

It's rare, usually pizzerias take off the mozzarella from their pizzas vegetated for us. here they have 6 pizzas specifically vegan with fakes! it is excellent, especially the pizzas stromboli and porkini updated from the previous exam on 2021-06-29
