Mike was our waiter and was great! Made wonderful food suggestions that we all loved. Only downside was that we were seated in the very back of the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was a very hot day and the air conditioning did not reach where we were sitting. We were also next to the bathrooms, which smelled! Thankfully, Mike was able to provide us with a box fan once our food came out so we could tolerate the remainder of our dining experience. I would have thought that given how far in advance we made our dining reservations, we would have been given better seating. Or, that the restaurant would have an air conditioner in place that provides a comfortable atmosphere for all of their guests...
I also ordered a second regular margarita, but she brought me a mango one instead. I enjoyed it, so I didn’t send it back, but I mentioned the mix-up since my date wanted to order a mango margarita instead of the original one he already had. She then blamed the bartender for this error, even though it was clear from the appearance of the drink that it wasn't a regular margarita. She should have noticed that and corrected it if it truly was the bartender's mistake.
Considering everything, we left her a 10% tip, which felt appropriate given the circumstances. On a positive note, the drinks were quite delicious.
I stumbled upon this place while looking for a spot to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and it turned out to be a great choice. The drinks were expertly mixed, and the food portions were generous. For the price, you really get a good amount, and everything tasted fantastic. I’m definitely looking forward to returning to this location.
Went to Diego's during the holiday to see their over the top decorations. So fun! They seemed a bit overwhelmed at the time. They ran out of dinner plates ?? . How does a restaurant do that?? Food was just ok. Chips not great and the margaritas were weak at best. Oh well, got some fun pics anyway and hope they do it again next year!

I stumbled upon this restaurant while celebrating my friend's birthday, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The drinks were expertly mixed, and the food was delicious. You definitely get good value for your money, as everything tasted amazing. I can't wait to visit this place again!
Delish!!! Hot sitting by the kitchen though! Fajitas and tacos were great! Frozen margaritas weren’t soo frozen due to the excessive heat but they had a great flavor!
