Dino's Seaville Diner

I had driven by this attractive diner many times before finally deciding to stop in. I am so grateful that I did! The hostess was friendly, our waitress was incredibly helpful, and provided us with the best service we've had in a long time. The food was also outstanding. I requested a slight change to my dish, and Rachel was more than accommodating. She even made sure to check that our entrees were pork-free, as we have dietary restrictions. My meal was exceptional.

We must have ordered the wrong items. The restaurant was very busy, and we enjoy trying different dishes, so we decided to stop for lunch. My daughter ordered grilled chicken and fries, while I opted for a Flounder sandwich. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked and we had to send them back, and my sandwich was disappointing. However, the service was friendly and the grilled chicken was not dry.

I understand that it's Father's Day, but with so many staff just standing around, there's no excuse for letting a table go 20 minutes without even taking a drink order. It's even worse when you can hear the waiters complaining that it's not their job and the person setting the table with silverware is annoying. People shouldn't work in this industry if they can't handle being around others.

You can always count on well made food, generous portions and friendly service. What I also enjoy is seeing how all the staff sit together on break, between tables or even after their shifts. They aren't zoned out on cell phones or looking unhappy. They truly enjoy each other's company. Only a well run restaurant with caring staff and ownership can foster such positive energy. Our seafood dinners were delicious! Wait time was only about twenty minutes for our party of seven. No complaints! We would go again. Try the fried shrimp, broiled scallops and crab cakes. Appetizers we loved, stuffed mushrooms, potato skins and mozz sticks! Yummy! Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for the kids!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced! The portion sizes are generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This place is a hidden gem located in South NJ by the river.

When we are in town we always visit Dino's... The food is outstanding, love the coleslaw. The service is good the atmosphere is great everything about Dino's we love it.
