The menu options were great... but the service needed to be upgraded First appetizer arrived... no utensils or napkins were brought to the table... we had to wait until we could make eye contact with our server and let her know we needed plates utensils The second dish required a steak knife, which never was brought...so we had to use a dull butter knife Meanwhile all tables had a water pitcher... we didn 't have that upgrade Long wait for our server... to ask for more drinks. Money lost for the restaurant. Main dish arrived... we were sharing ... guess what? No serving spoons... we just felt like home, lifting the serving dish and scraping the food onto our plates, using our butter knifes a...
Unfortunately Dish is no longer the place where environment and fine dining fuse. We still love the food, unfortunately the actual location needs to be updated as it is calling for immediate renovation. The bathroom stinks and is old, the chairs are need to be upholstered and the service staff need to ware appropriate clothing that aligns with a place where at some point in time was considered un upscale restaurant in Lincoln. We paid over $100 for our meal and we believe that as a customer is important to share our honest feedback, simply because we want Dish to continue with their business in this community.
Had one of the best dining experiences i’ve had in a very long time at Dish last night. The food was absolutely phenomenal. our server was also incredible. The duck was incredible. I will definitely be making more trips to lincoln to eat here. Thanks to the entire staff for giving us a memorably experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very happy that Lincoln finally has a restaurant that sets the bar so high. The food is innovative, fun, and delicious. The service was great and the drinks were amazing. We've been there for breakfast as well and we're equally impressed. We'll be back!
Always an amazing experience at DISH. Never disappointed and I have to make a trip every time I return to Lincoln.
The food is INCREDIBLE at this restaurant! So many courageous flavors. Also, Evan is the best server!
