Got pickup last night, and I was really disappointed. Despite asking for salsas on the side as part of my 9 options *only* , they did not pack them. Luckily I checked before leaving. Also, the burrito was pretty small and mostly rice. Come on, I know costs are an issue, but when they are over $9.00, and I ask for items as part of my 9 options *only* , I need to actually be able to tell they are in the food. And they did not include parts of the other meal that are supposed to come STANDARD as part of the dish. That sucks. Every time I come to this location, I’m very much disappointed! This was my second time trying out this location customer service today was very unsatisfying like the first visit. I ordered a chicken bowl a tortilla on the side. First of all my chicken wasn’t cooked properly (chicken was pink inside) I found a long piece of hair in my bowl. the worst part about it all… the manager (his name is Eddy Sales) of the entire store (well he told me he was) he wouldn’t let me get my tortilla on the side. He said I had to order an additional meal. I’ve been to several locations I’ve never been treated like this. the team members were far from being kind!
Instead of going to the counter to order, they have system where you order at a kiosk. I made several attempts to engage the young lady as I initially had a large order. Since I received NO help, I ordered 6 tacos. She was annoyed that I opted to pay at the register. I do so to inform her of my initial order and to tell her that they lost a customer. While waiting for my food, I watched several people come in, see the set up and leave. There should be a choice. Let me go to the counter and ask my questions and order. The gentleman making my tacos ensure that my order was correct. Make counter service an option.
I took the kids here for lunch because I enjoyed it so much. This was my first visit to this new location. However, my son was not satisfied with his burrito; he mentioned that no one should order a rice burrito with such a small portion of steak. During my last visit, I really loved the tacos, so I decided to get two tacos and a fish dish this time. The fish was very good, although I would have preferred larger portions; it was a bit more shredded than I would have liked. Overall, it was still a nice meal. I also enjoyed some orange Jarritos this time.

The food is delicious, but unfortunately when I order delivery it's hit or miss on whether the salsa for my tacos will be in the bag. Tacos without the salsa are too dry and disappointing to be completely satisfying.
This place offers the best value for tasty burritos and tacos in the neighborhood. My top picks are the carne asada and chicken, especially for the price. Plus, they serve authentic Mexican Coke!
the tacos are great, and so are the bowl options, but the personal here really make this location special. they are always friendly, and it makes eating from here an even better experience.
First time visiting this restaurant. It's friendly atmosphere. Be prepared to order from a touch screen which I found to he user friendly. The food was as advertised, very tasty.
