"I used to come here a long time ago, back in a different era. I’m not sure how it is now, which is why I’m writing this review without even trying the food—because that makes perfect sense. The owners have changed multiple times, and so have the people living in the area, both above and below ground. I’ll definitely make a point to try it again in the near future. Best regards."

The delivery took ages. My pizza arrived burnt, so they had to make a new one, which was fine. However, the chips were cold, and even though I paid over £3 for PERI PERI chips, there was barely any peri peri seasoning—just a tiny sprinkle on cold fries. I waited nearly an hour for my order and was really disappointed. The pizza was alright, but the second portion of chips was dry and cold, and the chicken wings were only lukewarm. Definitely not worth my hard-earned money or time. Order at your own risk—this place has really gone downhill. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service. The wait for my order was excessively long, and in the end, my order never arrived. I also saw two delivery drivers waiting for over 40 minutes. This is an unacceptable wait time for both customers and delivery riders. I hope the staff can be more mindful of everyone’s time and improve cooperation to reduce delays.
