I have always loved a 100% beef corn dog but for some reason people like to start with chicken franks which is a nonstarter. Not the Dog Haus, they start with a really nice beef dog and then coat it with their own coating mix. When they first opened the batter had a peculiar after taste so I stopped buying them but since I started going back after Covid the batter is better. The onion rings are great and the rotating taps have had a great selection of dark beers which makes me a happy chappie. My most sincere comment is, if you expect me to leave a tip, clean the tables so you don't stick to them when you put your arms down.
If you're looking for delicious comfort food, this is the place to be. I always savor the moment while eating, although I do feel guilty later at the gym! I’m giving it a 4-star rating primarily because the inside can get quite loud. While they do have a spacious patio, it’s situated in a spot where the wind constantly blows and it's right next to the freeway. That’s not something they can control, but it’s worth mentioning. Overall, the food deserves a perfect 5/5!
I had a fantastic meal with my family at this restaurant. The prices are a bit higher than your typical burger and hot dog joint, but the unique twist they put on these classic dishes makes it worth it. The kids absolutely loved their corn dogs, and I thoroughly enjoyed my burger without any hesitation. There’s an impressive selection of beers to choose from, and I definitely plan to explore more of the menu on my next visit.
I have loved everything I've tried here so far!!! Got the beyond tenders and cheesy tots today The tenders have a nice crunch to them got the Nashville flavor on them there on the mild side of the heat level so there still enjoyable goes geat with there miso ranch sauce, as for the cheesy tots there just a great comfort food for me personally the cheese sauce they use is nice and creamy. Prices are reasonable and food is good. Definitely family friendly. There is a kids menu. I don't know about making this a place I visit often but if you're like me and stuck in a cycle of the same restaurants over and over, give this place a try you'll like it. It's a nice change of atmosphere for going out to eat with family or friends. They have a bar! Outside dining is great on nice days!
I had a terrible experience here! Just kidding! The staff I encountered were all very friendly, and they even inquired if I wanted some water while I waited for my delivery. The atmosphere was quite relaxed, with various TV screens showing different programs. I ordered the cowboy dog and the cheeseburger slider. Both were tasty, but I'd definitely recommend the slider!
We had a great experience at this restaurant! The server was friendly, the food was delicious, and there was a nice variety of beers to choose from. We tried the Love Boat, Downtown Dog, and Oldtown – everything was excellent, and we had no complaints. The portions were satisfying, enough to show how good it was, and we still managed to get a nice table.
Played Restaurant Roulette bc I am from the area and took a chance on this place due to the existing reviews. Warmly welcomed, the menu is easy to navigate, beautiful hip environment.
