Superb place to stay (here three nights with family husband and 4 yr old) . Breakfast best ever, anywhere. Evening meals stayed three nights and ate in every night. It is AMAZING to not only have wonderful veggie/vegan choices but that they were all outstanding. All staff we met were friendly, helpful, and kind (to us and 4 yr old). This goes a long way! Decent wifi in room too. And we loved the decor everywhere. Hope we are back in the area in future as would love to come back. Thank you!

Excellent!! That's really all we can say. We had the taster menu and each of the 8 courses were excellent. Service was good and the hospitality was warm and friendly. I did ask for a price list of the hotel rates but there wasn't one which was the only downside. (Just read some of the bad reviews and can only think that they must have had a change of staff recently as all the ones we came in contact with were professional and friendly)

I celebrated my 40th birthday today with my wife and three children (ages 5-12) at this restaurant. The staff and chef warmly welcomed our family. The service was quick and the menu was accommodating for our restless children. The gourmet food was delicious and reasonably priced. The homemade toffee mint vodka was a standout. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Came all the way down from Edinburgh to celebrate a family birthday and stayed for the night (31.10.20) What a lovely friendly place! Beautiful food and ever so friendly staff. The rooms were lovely... Clean, warm and comfy. Everyone had a fantastic night and we all said we would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the meal yesterday and what great value the set lunch menu was!! Loved every morsel from start to finish! Definitely coming back for that Sunday dinner soon! Staff were amazing too, super friendly and helpful ad also loved the fact that dogs are welcome and fussed over! Amazing place!

had today my 40th birthday meal with my wife and three children (5-12). the staff and the chef have welcomed us all. Prompt service and menu adapted to children restless! Gourmet food at a reasonable price. and the homemade toffee mint vodka was completely noticeable. can not recommend very enough.

2. visit them here when they love eating, it is a must! another amazing eating, thanks so much will definitely be back! the rooms are very comfortable, cozy and clean, with sottie dog shortbread at the arrival this is a real hidden gem and cannot scream enough about it!

I just wanted to have a Sunday dinner. and everything I can say is absolutely beautiful. by far the best I had before location was grilled, they had run out of the cake tho, how really wanted that but hey ho. would highly recommend and will go again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Beyond perfect. Enjoyed every bite. Excellent service, unbelievably amazing food. All 6 of us were blown away! Will recommend to everyone who will listen.
