Dolce Gelato Kengsington Market

Gelato looked great. Too bad I didn't get a chance to try it! This place needs better management and processes to ensure that customers actually feel welcome and valued. We came on a Sunday at 12pm, and somehow there was only one person working. Before we got there, a group of three had ordered drinks, so it took that solo worker quite some time to make all the drinks. Midway through, she came to me and looked me in the eye and said I'll be right with you. Then another family came in after while we were still waiting, and after the girl finished making the drink, she decided to go to the family first. Came here on a Thursday night around 10:30pm with some friends and we were served right away. Tried some samples first and then decided on which gelato flavour to get. Ordered the gelato flavours labelled “dulce di leche” and “pistaccio cheesecake”. Absolutely delicious, sweet and the perfect way to end our night! Definitely a must try when you’re in Kensington, you won’t regret it!
