this place was super busy on a Saturday night that was not even so warm, so they can definitely say it is a local / tourist favorit. overall I enjoyed it. the aromen were much more inventive than their typical gelato spot (I had red velvet, banana split and black and white keks) and the ingredients were definitiw qualitatiw high. my only grip was that the creatures were quite small, but it is also possible that I had an off experience with my particular creature.
I was delighted to find a place open in the evening. The ambiance is lovely and the service is excellent. However, I was disappointed with the cafe latte I ordered as it lacked flavor. I requested extra hot coffee but received a lukewarm cup instead. The seating area is beautiful and it seems like people come here for the gelato. I recommend trying the gelato and updating the review, but I wouldn't recommend the coffee.
I like to escape my busy day and relax at Dolcezza, just a few blocks from my office. The drinks, both hot and cold, are expertly made. The atmosphere always has an international feel, and the gelato is some of the best in the area. I appreciate that they provide untouched napkins. If you're in the area, definitely stop by. The Affagato is my favorite.
I tried the hazelnut and coffee flavors as well as the biscuit ice cream, and they were all delicious! My favorite was definitely the hazelnut coffee. The atmosphere was charming, and the outdoor seating at the ice cream shop was delightful. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back again. This place was delicious and convenient when downtown pricing is about average for the area but the staff (except one grumpy guy) was phenomenal. It's about a block more of a walk then where I used to go but very worth as well enjoyed the variety of coffee If your in the area and want a sweet treat or delicious coffee give it a try
Probably the best coffee quality I've ever had in the dmv area. I really enjoyed the gelato too. There were soft cookie pieces inside and I was blown away by how it stays soft with the ice cream. Definitely a great location in dc and totally would recommend to any coffee lover and ice cream fanatic
Third time here. I tried the vanilla bean for the first time and it was delicious. Every flavor I have tried thus far has been outstanding. Quality ingredients and unique choices. The server was very friendly and allowed me to sample a few flavors. We came late at night and the place lively.
I am not a fan of the new menu at this restaurant. The seasonal options do not include any of my favorite flavors, which was disappointing. Most restaurants usually keep a few signature dishes on the menu, but it seems like this place has completely changed things up. Reserva una mesa ahora
This restaurant offers the best seasonal gelato in the city! They have unique flavors like blueberry lavender for summer and spice cake for winter. The location in the city center is also a plus.
