My partner and I dined on the menu of the day with a choice of two different dishes for starter , main and dessert. Three different beautifully presented tasters wet our appetites. All the courses were beautifully presented with an excellent choice of wines to accompany them. We both like to take our time over our food with lots of talking and we have dined here several times before so the staff always give us plenty of time. No rush and always someone at hand when service is needed.. At the end of our delicious meal a plate of different flavoured marshmallows with our coffee. All in all a lovely experience and a great place for us to celebrate special occasions. Recommended with no reservat...

Nice setting, but rather disappointing for this quality type Restuarant. Fliest in the Dinning room, unnaceptable Somelier with a stance, unacceptable one of the servers very nice and up to Par, the other not even close. You do not ask a table that X,Y,Z the team should know that you do not come ' with a bread basket at the beginning of a meal and at the end the 3 elections are a food quality good on the fish dishes, terrible on the meat. Another thing, this quality of a restaurant should never wear tshirt or polo shirt. We are in France this is the backbone of the country FOOD AND RESTAURANTS!!!!!!!!!! I'm sorry, but you can't pretend to have a Michelin star and so poor.

Apart from the problem of finding a taxi from the centre of Carcassonne to get to the place everything there after was more than we’d hoped for. On arrival we were met by a warm and friendly lady got the evening going by guiding us down to the restaurant and the waiting staff who led us through the evening with great skill but friendliness as well. The food and drink were so far beyond what I was expecting that I’m not sure how we can go any better. 10/10 doesn’t do the place justice

We had a great time. If you have an affection for old-school dining then this is a great place. Very relaxed atmosphere and the food was up to expectations, especially the dessert.
