I made a review for this place last year about how they had good pizza for relatively cheap, and they have somehow dropped in quality so fast it's like they fell off a cliff. Cheese and bread there is somehow terrible now even though they get all the same ingredients they did before, and the customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced, stuff like outright not delivering food that was ordered 4 hours before closing, leaving stuff out of even small orders, and not even picking up the phone and blocking customer's phone numbers when they call to ask where their pizza is. This is now my second disappointing experience at this location. The first time was a few months back when the employee completely forgot to add chicken to my chicken bacon ranch sandwich—there was no chicken at all. I thought I’d give it another shot this time, reasoning that a few months might make a difference. Perhaps all the previous employees were let go or had improved. So, I even ordered extra chicken and cheese to be safe. The photo I attached shows what I received. Seriously, how out of it are the staff working here? And where is the manager? Had the most pleasant experience at this beautiful establishment, 1 hour and 10 min from placing the order to quality check !! what fast-paced service, honestly Ethan my guy deserves the sloppiest kiss on the forehead for his service tonight, I would give this man the stars if I could, have never received a faster delivery from this location yet !! keep up the hard work fellas you deserve that, I agree why would you answer customers' phones, why would you make that pizza, why would you do your job when you have better more important things to do. LOVE this location and the people here never had better service in my life <3

I placed an order at 7:07 on a Friday evening and had to call at 8:03 to check on its status. They informed me it would take another 30-40 minutes. I mentioned that I had ordered at 7:07. I understand that they might be busy or short on drivers, but if that's the case, they shouldn't be accepting online orders. Unfortunately, they’ve lost my business. Nearly two hours for an online order? If I had known it would take this long, I would have opted for pickup instead.
Terrible customer service. They handle the food without gloves after it's been taken out of the oven. The delivery drivers just sit outside for 15 to 20 minutes without coming in to assist. Everything comes out burnt, and while they claim that Domino's says everything should be charred, there's a significant difference between burnt and just well-done. This place needs to be shut down.

Have 4 start cuz prices change from what they say online online prices are .. And at check out . There now.. Idk.. But The choice who works late night. Idk how she does it all but that's off... My Order took over 2 hours. Messed up on my order, and overcooked the pizzas. I don't know what these workers are doing, but not the best. I wouldn't recommend them. want a free pizza next time, pick up instead of delivery. They can't even meet the 2 minute guarantee. I gotten 2 pizzas already. Working on my 3rd.
