The app marked my order as delivered—delivered where? I called the store and was told I could pick up the cold food myself. Terrible customer service and delivery! I’ve been a loyal customer for several years now and have noticed significant improvements, particularly in their delivery service. Although the food can be somewhat expensive with the added $5 delivery fee and tip, I’ve found that picking up my orders from the restaurant is usually hassle-free.
