Second time i've ordered from there, online order. They forgot my 2 liter and sauce last time.. this time they forgot my parm bites and promised to bring it in 5-10 minutes now. It's been 15 minutes. Also want to mention i ordered a chicken alfredo pasta.. taste was alright guess i shouldn't have high expectations, it's Dominos.. but the portion of pasta was like for a kid. I've ordered pastas before and have never been served this little. Looking at all the reviews i noticed there are me responses to the other bad reviews. So are we just supposed to accept poor customer service? Should at least offer refunds or extra food when y'all forget something.
I wish I could give them zero stars. send an online order at 6:02pm received a confirmation email at 6:13pm. waited until 7:40 to call the load to check the progress. the young man told me he's coming out of this, and the next driver will get him out. about an hour later no eating, calling and talking to postpone a dame without customer service skills said they are only up to a driver. Do not order from this business, drive them to another business to order and pick it up. I call tomorrow to close the load on paramount blvd in paramount.
In my most recent experience in 2021, I had a bad encounter at a Domino's where they acknowledged they had made my pizza, but it mysteriously disappeared. I ended up having to wait an additional 30 minutes. If given the choice between this Domino's and another, I would recommend going with the other option.
The poor service at this restaurant resulted in a delayed delivery of my food, even though the driver had already arrived. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order to be completed. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Order it online so I go anyway did not get an update get there more pizza cold and I could have swore I said three toppings but it feels likethey sprinkle on my toppings and I do mean sprinkle
I ordered a pizza with just pineapple on it, but the person making it couldn't get this simple request right. Very disappointing, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
2 hours to deliver a burnt pizza and unrecognizable specialty wings. No offer of compensation after multiple calls during the long wait. Complete fail
Pizza was two hours late. The woman that answered the phone was rude and quick to get my off the line. Pizza arrived cold.
