Domino's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I ordered my favorite pizza and decided to try the loaded tater tots at a restaurant called 715. The estimated arrival time was 7:40pm, but as time went by, I became concerned. After waiting for a while, I called the Domino's phone number and after waiting 6 minutes for someone to answer, I was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called again and finally got through to someone. I explained the situation and was told that they were waiting on my tater tots. Second time i've ordered from there, online order. They forgot my 2 liter and sauce last time.. this time they forgot my parm bites and promised to bring it in 5-10 minutes now. It's been 15 minutes. Also want to mention i ordered a chicken alfredo pasta.. taste was alright guess i shouldn't have high expectations, it's Dominos.. but the portion of pasta was like for a kid. I've ordered pastas before and have never been served this little. Looking at all the reviews i noticed there are me responses to the other bad reviews. So are we just supposed to accept poor customer service? Should at least offer refunds or extra food when y'all forget something.

In my most recent experience in 2021, I had a bad encounter at a Domino's where they acknowledged they had made my pizza, but it mysteriously disappeared. I ended up having to wait an additional 30 minutes. If given the choice between this Domino's and another, I would recommend going with the other option.

The pizza at this restaurant is consistently fresh and tasty. The staff are quick and efficient, and the delivery service is typically faster than other places. I am a regular customer and will continue to order my pizza from here whenever I have a craving. Reserva una mesa ahora

The poor service at this restaurant resulted in a delayed delivery of my food, even though the driver had already arrived. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order to be completed. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Manager Tatiana, and Delivery Driver Maria, worst Customer Service Representatives in Town. The Manager is Rude, and Impatient, the Delivery Driver, Lied and Refused to Deliver the Order on time. Beware of this Location and Manager.

This is the best pizza place! The service is excellent and it is very convenient. I appreciate all the hard work I see the staff putting in, even during late hours. Keep up the good work!
