Domino's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I ordered pizzas for takeout in December and when I got home, they were a bit too well-done for our taste. I called and spoke to a female employee who said she would give me a credit for the pizzas because they were overcooked. I went out of town right after Christmas and when I called to redeem the credit, there were no notes or comments from the employee. I couldn't go back to get fresh pizzas because they were closed for takeout by then. Now I'm out the cost of those two pizzas because the employee didn't leave any notes. I ordered a pizza and had to repeat my address and order three times. I waited for an hour and forty minutes. When I called to inquire about the status of my order, the person on the phone sounded indifferent and didn't ask for my name or address. The delivery driver went to the wrong building and returned without delivering the pizza. When asked if I still wanted the pizza, I said yes. The person on the phone asked if they should make a new one, which took another hour and forty minutes. When I asked why they didn't call me when the driver returned, I was told they simply made a new pizza without informing me. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I really wanted a pizza. I started the order and the price was good. But in checkout, I discovered extra charges, including a delivery fee of $7.00, I believe it was. Taxes and fees and $7 to deliver it?? Then, of course, there 's a tip expected on top of that. All the extra charges were more than the pizza itself! Canceled THAT order and just made dinner at home. Ordering pizza just isn 't what it used to be.

Ordered some pizza's last night at 11:30pm for delivery because pick up wasn't an option. Dominos is open until midnight. At exactly midnight I received an email canceling the order. No call or text. Terrible customer service tonight on January 12, 2024. The crew had a horrible attitude. If you don't want to work, just quit and don't be rude! I spent almost $50 there and they didn't have change for $100, so they assumed I didn't have any money to pay and tried to take my food out of my hands. What a joke!

Food was fine but then my 2 year old started vomiting. The chicken they gave him was pink and not cooked all the way. Will not be ordering from this store again.
