I normally always order through the app or online. This time, when trying to order a gluten-free crust pizza, I had to call the store because the app was not showing that crust to be available. When I called, I confirmed that they still have the gluten free crust, and then attempted to order through the phone. I was met with We are understaffed tonight, not accepting phone orders. Need to order online. And he immediately hung up!!! I was left speechless by this incredibly rude service. I had just explained to him that I can 't order the gluten free crust online but he didn 't care! I called back immediately to express my displeasure and this time was met with Sir, sir, sir... I am going to p...
I can't belive I am giving Domino's 5 stars, but, I am. Made a large order tonight with some friends. Large thin crust pizza with sausage, bacon, green peppers, BBQ buffalo wings, feta and spinach cheesy bread, chicken and bacon ranch sandwich. Everyone loved their food! Delivery was amazingly fast for all we ordered (I think less than 30 minutes from placing my order online). Everything was perfect, including all extra sauces being there. Really love the online pizza tracker! Driver was very nice too. I gave a fairly good tip, but, somehow I broke his pen in half while signing the receipt. Sorry about that. I definitely suggest ordering from this Domino's location!
Selerlcted CONTACTLESS DELIVERY option in the app; added verbiage LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR. Driver rang doorbell and banged on door several times while I was in an online class. He did not leave the delivery. A few minutes later someone called from the store asking me to answer my door....I explained that (1) I requested contactless (2) I was in a class and could not go to the door until a break....he said well we can 't leave it at the door cause people have done that and then said they didn 't get their pizza . WHAT IS TGE POINT OF OFFERING CONTACTLESS DELIVERY IF THE COMPANY WONT ACTUALLY DO CONTACTLESS DELIVERY? This is not right
Yesterday November 16th I placed a delivery order online through the app for me and my family right after i placed it they decided they wanted something else so i called the store to cancel my order since no where on the app is a place to cancel and no one picked up so i called again thinking okay maybe they where busy but no i called almost 10 damn times and no one picked up so i received pizza,pasta,wings and dessert that i no longer wanted let alone no one even ate. absolutely pissed that no one had the decency to pick up the damn phone. $40 wasted.

Worst ever!! They gave our order to another customer, then make us wait for 20 mins so they can make another. They mess up the 2nd order as well by making them in the wrong size 2 mediums instead of 2 large pizzas. Then they get cranky at us for not accepting the wrong order !! My poor kids had to wait a total of 75 mins before they got their pizza. And the manger was soooooo rude the whole time. I cant believe that Dominos hires such rude staff ... what is this chain coming to?! It might be time to switch to Pizza Hut or Papa Johns!!
I've ordered from other Domino's locations before, but I've never had an experience like this. The staff at this location act as if they own the place. When I asked about my order history, they dismissed me and interrupted my inquiry. I had parked outside and came in to place my order in a calm manner. When I requested the name of the employee, they outright refused to give it, which I found extremely inappropriate and rude. It wouldn’t surprise me if they tampered with the food. I certainly won't be ordering from here again.
The drivers at this restaurant are quite reckless, frequently tailgating on the road. Unfortunately, the pizza is not impressive either. I've observed that the staff do not prioritize hygiene as they should. If you're a vegetarian, be cautious, as they seem indifferent and may handle meat products before preparing your meal. There is certainly room for improvement here.
We had Dominoes a few days ago and it was absolutely amazing. On top of fantastic pizza and bread sticks the workers Steve and Heather were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They really went out of their way to make certain we got exactly what we wanted with a huge smile. Great food and fabulous customer service I'm so excited to go back again for another order

Lastly, while the sign may say Domino's, this location is a franchise that is locally owned and operated by a community member who employs local residents. So, when you spend your money here, you're supporting your neighbors instead of corporate executives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Pizza took too long to arrive, and driver was rude. Along with giving incorrect change.
